I used to go to get a mani and pedi biweekly. With my hectic schedule and the fact that Im a single mom Ive cut back. I used to really dislike doing my own, Pedis were my fabulous gift from god! I finally got into the groove of doing them myself and I really dont mind! & Im getting better. I learned how to do nails in beauty school when I attended the San Francisco Institute or Estethics & Cosmetololgy. (Click name to read my review on the school) So Tried putting what I learned to the test.
Im just reviewing products that I use at home and like not a tutorial, definately not up to par for all that. haha. The products are in no fancy order btw.
PED EGG
One thing I must say I actually love is my new ped egg. I just picked it up at wal mart and im very happy with it. I love leaving the salon after a pedi with my feeet all nice and soft. Being that Ive cut back on getting my feet did.. I picked this up. Its easy, clean, affordable, safe and gets the job done. I got the pink one and I like the emery boards. If your looking for something to take some of the dry skin away, try this!
SALLY HANSEN VITASURGE
This products nice and lightweight, doesnt burn and doesnt smell like chemicals like most cuticle removers, I like it. It works well, and actually smells quite nice. I like to use it even during the week. It doesnt mess up already painted nails and you can even leave it on to dry and it has a nice applicator.

Really lasts. I put this over my other polishes to make it stay and it honestly lasts even longer then 10 days like it says, it also dries instantly & I like the applicator brush a lot.
WET N WILD SHINE IN KALEIDOSCOPE
What can i say, I love sparkles. This is simple, not to meantion, CHEAP. I like putting sparkles on everything, it honesly makes your polish last reallllly long as well. I usually go for nude color on my nails or something like this. Makes your nails more durable because all the sparkles are protecting your nails from being bashed, lol..
NYX NAIL POLISHES
Im a HUGE fan of NYX nail polished esp. the sparkly ones. My favorites are ALLL the pinks and oranges, Ive recently been using "Second skin" Its a nice soft pink almost sea through but not with a little sparkle.
CREATIVE RIDGE OUT- START
I love this nail base, I think I got it from my Cosmetology school as well. What more can you say about a base? This one gets the job done and dries instantly, Nice and thin. =)
SEACRET NAIL AND BODY SKIN SET
Ive had this set for like 2 years, The lotion is of course gone and i forgot which one i originally got but I loved it. It smelled so good. I had bought this set from a kiosk in the San Francisco Shopping Centre, My friend sonia and I bought 2 for like .. 80. Now there sold online for like 15. I loveee this set though. The cuticle oil is nice but best of all its the "Buffing block" that is great. I definately need to replace this because its not working as well as it used to but after 2 years that edpected. Theres 4 sides to it. Blue for buffing- course, Grey Soft side and the white gives a beautiful shine like your wearing a clear coat of polish but your not..BODYTOOLZ MANICURE SET (*GREAT FOR GIFTS)
I use the manicure set from Bodytoolz as well as whatever came in my cosmo kit as well.
