The scale at home mysteriously broke and I dont know how to use the scale at the gym but the last I checked I believe I was 148. My target goal is 125, 130 for now.
I do about an hour of cardio, yoga once a day, leg reps, abs and a few belly dance videos at home. Oh, and go running around my house. Ive even been doing zumba, The beginning of the classes make me laugh because its a bunch of old women and gay men dancing to like.. reggaeton music but at the end you feel pretty good.
My diets been very colorful..
Heres a smoothie I was recomended by my friends brother aka trainer. Hes a professional MMA, Jiu jiusu, kick box fighting .. guy. lol not sure what to title it..
try it tho, its good and keeps you full!
Youll need a blender, measuring cup and the following ingrediants:
Pure- No added sugar Acai frozen pack
1/2 cup granola
1 banana
8 oz soy milk
(I added flax seed to mine 2 tbsp)
just blend and your good to go!
Ill keep you posted on the progress, oh and heres some workout clothes i picked up!
